To all students staying with KPA this year we would like to say thank you for your support this year and GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR FINAL EXAMS.

Inspections are important for you and for the student that is staying in your room after you, to make sure the room and house is in top shape before moving in.

(Inspections will start 2016-12-02)

Attached hereto find our cleaning and inspection program for Nov/Dec 2016.  Your commune will be cleaned and an annual inspection will be conducted for our records.  Cleaning is only applicable to houses serviced by KPA Cleaning services.

• Please make sure that all rooms are accessible, if your room is locked KPA WILL open the room to clean it
• Make sure that you leave no valuables in your room as KPA will not take responsibility for any loss of personal items
• Students are welcome to be present with the inspection – Special arrangements can be made at our office on campus or contact 051 411 2600.
• Copies of the inspection can be obtained at KPA office

Before you leave for the December holidays please take note of the following:

• Make sure that the commune is properly locked, all windows are closed and gates are locked before you leave.
• The dustbins are empty and there is no food that can spoil left in the fridges or in any cupboards
• Ensure you inform KPA office of the last person to leave the commune
• If there is an alarm contact KPA office to activate the alarm
• If you haven’t resigned your contract for the same room for 2017 MAKE SURE YOU HAND IN YOUR KEYS AT OUR OFFICE BEFORE THE 3^RD OF JAN 2017. THERE IS A SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX AT OUR OFFICE WHERE KEYS CAN BE DROPED IN AFTER HOURS.
