To Enter:

Students must have a completed contract with KPA Student Accommodation for 2021;
-the contract for a room must be signed a completed
-the payment for the first month’s rent, deposit & admin fee must be paid in full.

If you are a resigned student your fees must be paid up to date.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

KPA Student Accommodation will pay for the lucky winner’s accommodation for 2021

This includes the month’s rent only and does not include extras such as added charges.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The winner will be drawn by an independent panel on 28 Febuary 2021 and notified by email or telephone. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the winner will forfeit the prize and the panel will select a replacement winner.

KPA Student Accommodation reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by KPA Student Accommodation .

KPA Student Accommodation are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize is as follows: The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

The prize is not transferable.

KPA Student Accommodationdecision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
