The Lucky draw will be held on the 10th of December 2020

To Enter:

Students that stay in Base/Lohan houses automatically qualify for the lucky draw.

Your fees must be paid up to date.

You must resign for 2021.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

KPA Student Accommodation & Base/ Lohan properties will refund 1 Student that stays in Base/Lohan houses.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The winner will be drawn by an independent panel on 10 December 2020 and notified by email or telephone. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the winner will forfeit the prize and the panel will select a replacement winner.

KPA Student Accommodation & Base/ Lohan properties reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by KPA KPA Student Accommodation & Base/ Lohan properties.

KPA Student Accommodation & Base/ Lohan properties are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize is as follows: The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

The prize is not transferable.

KPA Student Accommodation & Base/ Lohan properties decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
